US Supreme Court Skeptical Of Birthright Citizenship Limits
The US Supreme Court heard arguments on President Donald Trump’s executive order limiting birthright citizenship. The policy would deny citizenship to babies born in the US unless at least one parent is a citizen or permanent resident. Justices across ideological lines questioned whether the order aligns with the Fourteenth Amendment, which guarantees citizenship to most people born on US soil. What it means.
Courts have already blocked the order nationwide, so it has not taken effect. Trump attended the hearing briefly, marking a rare appearance by a sitting president. A final ruling is expected later this year.

Trump Addresses The Nation
Donald Trump addressed the nation as the US war with Iran entered its second month, claiming “overwhelming victories” and saying Iran’s military capabilities were “in ruins”. He said the US has “plenty of gas” despite rising prices after Iran restricted the Strait of Hormuz, which handles about 20% of global oil. Is Trump considering ending war without reopening Hormuz?
Gas prices in the US crossed $4 per gallon. Trump said the US is “on track” to complete objectives and warned of further strikes within “two to three weeks.” The conflict began February 28 with US and Israeli strikes. Reports indicate Iran retains significant enriched uranium reserves. Major takeaways from the speech.
Work

The New Office Buzzword Is Here
AI is making work feel faster, smoother, almost effortless. But there’s a catch: deskilling. Some workers say the moment they step away from AI, even briefly, things feel… harder. One developer built an entire app using AI, only to hesitate when he had to code again himself. Researchers say this isn’t surprising.
When AI handles the thinking, you lose the repetition that builds real skill. Over time, speed goes up, but confidence and problem-solving can quietly drop. The risk is highest for younger workers still learning the basics. The takeaway isn’t to stop using AI, but to stay involved enough that your brain doesn’t forget how to do the job without it.

WEIGH IN

Donald Trump has again raised doubts about US commitment to NATO, suggesting a potential exit as tensions grow over the ongoing Iran conflict and allied resistance to military support. While he called the alliance a “paper tiger,” US law requires congressional approval to withdraw, making any exit far from immediate. The remarks have intensified pressure on European partners already navigating strained ties.
